2017 AGM

All member Notification FTG Netball Club Annual General Meeting (AGM) 
 
 
The Annual General Meeting will be held at the Netball Complex, Dempster Street, Ferntree Gully on Thursday 16th November, 2017 at 8 p.m.  All positions will be vacant, and for our club to run efficiently we need all positions to be filled. 
 
As you would be aware from our previous notes and postings, there are several committee members standing down this year after several years on committee. For the efficient running of the club, we need to run with a full committee to help manage and organise our players, umpires, and coaches to ensure we continue to be one of the premier clubs in the region.
 
It is very important that all positions are filled, to spread the workload, and keep each set of responsibilities manageable.  All positions are voluntary, and the roles and responsibilities vary, requiring different skills, experience and time commitments.
Please look through the positions, and see if you can help.
Anyone interested in joining the committee is asked to speak to one of the current exec committee, who would love to chat with you. Gavin Ferrier, Jodie Hough, Sarah Speight, Jenny Connolly and Wendy Bliss can be found at the courts on Saturday, or can be contacted by phone or email.
 
All team managers and coaches are asked to check with their players and parents, that they have either received the email, or have accessed the AGM documents on the web site. 
Paper copies will be made available to those families without email or internet access on request.
