2025 FTGNC Head Coach (Mods and 11&U age groups) applications are now open.
Ferntree Gully Netball Club are currently seeking applications for the role of Head Coach for Mods & 11 & Under age groups for the 2025 Winter and Spring seasons.
If you or someone you know feel you have the skills, drive and temperament to shape the future players of our great club then we encourage you to apply!
Position advertising for: Head Coach (Mods and 11&U age groups)
Qualifications Required: Development Coach Accreditation: at minimum hold or be working towards Development Coach Accreditation
Remuneration: Dependent on experience
Typical Game Day Information: Games are played on Saturdays. Winter season runs from February - August. Training takes place on Thursday evenings for these age groups Mods - 4.30 pm - 5.30 pm and 11 & Under 5.00 pm - 6.00 pm. FTGNC currently fields 29 teams in the Mountain District Netball Association Saturday competition across all age groups from 5-7yo to A Grade.

- Leading the coaching of our Mods/11U players in a manner that extends and develops players to their fullest potential in a fun, safe and inclusive environment.
- Mentoring and encouraging our team of Coaches and Assistant Coaches so that they can learn and develop new skills and feel confident and capable to coach teams both in conjunction with other coaches at squad training and independently during designated team time and during Saturday games.
- Consult regularly with our 13, 15 and 18 & Under Head Coaches to ensure consistent messaging and standardized skill development across all coaches and players of the club.
